Dr. Amit Roy completed a three-year senior residency programme and received his M.S. in orthopaedics from the AIIMS in New Delhi.

Over the course of his residency, he assisted more than 1500 major and complex joint replacement procedures. He also developed his trauma skills, particularly the ability to heal fractures that had been long neglected.

He also successfully performed robotic surgery, computer assistant navigation surgery and revision hip & knee surgery.
